Founding Moms Series

Mama + Me Morning Movement was created to give moms a place to care for themselves without having to be apart from their little ones.

Through movement, community, and moments of encouragement, we create space to slow down, connect, and begin the day feeling refreshed together.

Each gathering includes:

🌿 Move Together

A full-body workout designed to include your baby or little one, making movement something you experience together rather than apart.

🤍 Build Community

Connect with other moms through conversation, encouragement, and shared experiences in this season of motherhood.

☀️ Create Meaningful Moments

Move, laugh, play, and make memories with your little one while building healthy rhythms that fit your life as a mom.

🙏 Begin the Morning Encouraged

Each gathering includes a brief Scripture reading and closing prayer, creating space to start the day grounded in hope and encouragement.

This experience is designed for pregnant moms, new moms, and moms with babies or young children. Come exactly as you are—we're building a community where both moms and little ones belong.
